Delivery, Returns and Cancellation Policy
Standard Tracked Delivery - £2.50
This delivery service is for England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Our standard tracking takes between 1-3 working days.
Europe Tracked Delivery - £5.00
For countries inside the European Union. Delivery may take up to 5 working days.
Rest of World Tracked Delivery - £7.00
For all countries outside the European Union, Australia & North America. Delivery may take up to 10 working days.
General Returns Policy

If you are returning an item for a refund, we can only accept items returned to us within 14 days from the date you received your order. If you are returning an item to exchange it, then the items must be returned within 30 days from the date you received your order. If you return an item for a refund outside of the 14 day return period and within the 30 day exchange period, you will have the choice to exchange your item or to be issued with store credit to the same value of your returned items. We will only cover the cost of your return postage if your item is faulty or you have been sent the wrong item.
All items must be returned unused, and as new. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. If your return item is in an unsaleable condition we reserve the right to withhold your refund and you will forfeit the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
I have made an order and need to cancel before dispatch
If you make an order in error and fully complete it on site including payment, then need to cancel before dispatch please email us as soon as possible on firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number (you can found on your order confirmation emailed to you by us on completion of order). If your order has not been dispatched we will be able to refund the total paid by yourself including delivery costs, please allow up to 7 working days for refund to show back in your account, although this is normally much faster. If it is too late to cancel your item (i.e. because it has already been dispatched) then you will need to return your item to us.

We will process your return within 5 working days of receipt however the process can be a lot quicker. You will receive an e-mail to confirm your return has been processed and your exchange shipped. Please expect it within 3 working days from when the e-mail was received. If you have not received it within 5 working days, please contact us.
I would like to return an item for a credit note or refund
We will issue your credit note/refund within 7 working days of receipt of your return. Once the credit note /refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirming this. Please then allow a further 3 working days for the refund to be credited to your card, this is dictated by your bank or card issuer. Delivery charges which exceed the standard delivery charges are non-refundable unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us.
I have received a faulty item
If you receive a faulty item, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience it may cause. Please inform us within 14 days from receipt of the faulty item of its unsuitability. We will refund or exchange any faulty items within 30 days from the date you receive it. We will refund the original postage costs for all faulty items.
I have received an incorrect item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. We will then advise on how to proceed. Please inform us within 14 days from receipt of the incorrect item that the item is not correct. We will refund or exchange any incorrect items within 30 days from the date you receive it. We will refund the original postage costs for all incorrect items.
